That is why we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, to avoid unnecessary worries. STEP 1 We ask that you carefully read the letter we sent you. It contains all the necessary information needed to conclude further proceedings. You should pay special attention to the following information:

  • Case number – this is the number you should refer to during the phone call.
  • Debt value – the main page of the letter includes the total amount you should pay, and the reverse side lists individual components of your debt.
  • Bank account number to which the payment should be made – it is always located in the central part of the letter.

STEP 2 If you have any doubts related to the debt, we ask that you contact our consultant as soon as possible. The consultant will provide you with all the necessary information and explanations. If you are certain that the debt which is the subject of the call for payment had already been paid (e.g. to the previous creditor), we ask that you contact us as soon as possible and send a confirmation of that payment via fax at (+48) 22 203 53 85 or by e-mail at This email address is being protected from spambots. STEP 3 Complete repayment is the best way to solve the problem of debt. In order to achieve it, you should follow closely the following guidelines:

  • Carefully fill in the bank wire form, paying special attention to the account number and the case number that must be entered in the “transfer title” field.
  • The payment amount must be identical to the debt value. This amount is indicated on the main page of our letter to you. This will help to eliminate any confusion.
  • Please keep the payment confirmation. We realise that sometimes the value of the debt is too high for you to be able to pay it as a one-time payment. In such cases, we ask that you contact the Kancelaria Corpus Iuris’ consultant as soon as possible. We are open to your proposals for debt repayment in several instalments, we also offer possibilities of signing agreements and settlements. After receiving the full debt repayment, we issue documents confirming settlement of the debt.

We wish to inform you that for your own safety and in order to ensure that your case is handled with the utmost care, the conversations with our consultants are recorded.

We also wish to inform you that we do not accept cash payments. We ask that you make the payments in a bank or at the post office.
