Jacek Marciniak holds the position of chief analyst officer at the Kancelaria Corpus Iuris. He has several years of experience in the field of distressed debt investment and enterprise restructuring gained in Poland and abroad. He also has many years of experience in the private equity.

In the years 2014-2018 he dealt with turnarounds and restructuring consultancy, acting for the hedge funds in various cross-border turnaround investment projects. In the years 2013-2014 he was the CFO in MZA Sp. z o.o., where he was responsible for many of restructuring activities and operational optimizations. In the years 2012-2013 he was the finance manager in Delfarma Sp. o.o., where he was responsible for the restructuring of the debt structure. In the years 2009-2011 he was a member of the board in Mediuse Sp. z o.o. In 2008-2009 he was a financial controller and deputy CFO in Sfinks Polska S.A., where he was responsible for planning and controlling. In the years 2005-2008 he was a financial controller and planning manager, where he was directly responsible for the planning department at Nowy Przewoznik Sp. z o.o. (Centralwings). In the years 2003-2004 he cooperated with Capital Partners SA, where he was responsible for the preparation and implementation of municipal bond issue programs. In the years 1999-2003 he was the investment manager at Copernicus Capital Poland Sp. o.o., where he was responsible for the implementation of private equity investments.

Jacek Marciniak graduated from the Technical University of Lodz, obtaining a master's degree in the field of management and marketing. In 2002-2003 he studied at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver as part of the USBC Suder School of Business program, and since 2007 he has been a member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
